"I am an autodidact in the technical field. I climbed the hierarchical ladder little by little and am now an executive manager in an SME of 250 people.
After an interview with the DHR of my enterprise, it appeared obvious and useful to review my professional path so far. At 47 years old, I wished to validate my assets. The Director General presented RH PARTNERS to me.
I began weekly interviews with an RH PARTNERS consultant. These regular interviews allowed me to review my professional career - one rich in evolution and changes.
Following this very fruitful series of exchanges, I decided, in agreement with my Director General and on the advice of the consultant, to further my professional training, this time in view of obtaining a diploma.
This programme, proposed by a nationally recognized organization, enabled me to obtain a university diploma after 11 months of e-learning courses and monthly seminars.
