The career management consultant analyses your needs and the possibilities for professional evolution, taking into account the specificities of your enterprise, and in accordance with the normal promotion procedures.
The career orientation assessment draws on a detailed analysis of your professional achievements, of the areas in which progress has been made, of your relational system and your life project. At the end of this step, the advisor studies the different possibilities of evolution which will allow you to take on this post, in consultation with the HR department.
